Gas Boiler Installation & Replacement
Whether it's a straight swap or a full system upgrade, we help you choose the right boiler for your home and install it cleanly and correctly. As a Worcester Bosch accredited installer — and a Vaillant accredited installer too — we can register a new Worcester Bosch boiler for a manufacturer's guarantee of up to 12 years. Finance is available to spread the cost, from 0% APR.
Oil & LPG Boilers
Off the mains-gas grid? We're OFTEC registered to install, replace, repair and service oil-fired boilers, and we install LPG combi and system boilers too — including fuel storage such as cylinders and above-ground or underground tanks. It's specialist work many general plumbers can't cover, and it's a core part of what we do around Saffron Walden.
Annual Boiler Servicing
A yearly service keeps your boiler safe, efficient and less likely to break down in the depths of winter. Ours is a six-step process — including internal cleaning, a flue check and a gas safety certificate — carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer, tidy and at a time that suits you. We service Worcester Bosch, Vaillant and other major brands.
Central Heating & Underfloor
From new radiators and heated towel rails to whole central-heating installations and improvements, we make sure warmth reaches where you want it. Underfloor heating is a speciality — full floor pipe runs, manifold design and pressure testing — and one recent client had it installed across their entire ground floor alongside a new boiler and pump. We take bathrooms and en-suites from first idea to final finish — helping design the layout, fitting the suite, showers and heating, and project-managing every stage so it runs through one point of contact. Some jobs can't wait. We keep priority availability for emergency plumbing — burst and damaged pipes, water leak detection and repair, blocked sinks and drains, faulty toilets and cisterns — with no call-out fee just to attend. Fast, tidy work from a team you can trust in your home.
Everyday Plumbing
Tap and sink repair and installation, faulty toilet and cistern repair, blocked sink and drain clearance, water leak detection and burst pipe repair. No job is too small, and it gets the same care and tidiness as a full installation.
Air Conditioning
Our engineers are F-Gas certified, so we install, service and repair air conditioning systems compliantly — the certification is a legal requirement for handling the refrigerants involved. From a single room to a whole home, we'll advise on the right system and keep it running efficiently.

No call-out fee for emergency plumbing
